The Panhellenic Association is the representative governing body for two sororities at Georgia Southwestern State University. The Association is made up of delegates from each sorority and the sorority presidents. The purpose of the Panhellenic Association is to facilitate good relations between the sororities and the campus and community; to coordinate events; and to stress the importance of philanthropy, personal growth, and campus involvement.
The Panhellenic Council recruitment is a 5 day process in the Fall beginning on Tuesday and ending on Saturday.

The Delta Phi Chapter of Kappa Delta is a group of women who strive for that which is honorable, beautiful, and highest. We encourage any and all women who attend GSW to apply for Panhellenic recruitment, which is held during the Fall semester. We strive for our chapter GPA to always be above the all women's average, and we encourage all of our members to remember that we are a student-first organization. All of our members are involved in at least one other organization on campus, and we also have multiple student athletes in our chapter. Kappa Delta provides leadership and professional development, social skills, and provides members a home away from home.

Over the last four years, I have been very actively involved in my sorority, Zeta Tau Alpha. I have developed more leadership potential, knowledge, communication skills, and genuine friendships than I ever thought was possible. I will forever be thankful for this organization.
