During the quarterly Banner access review process, the GSW Banner DBA and the Banner Project Leader will identify all Banner accounts that have been inactive for more than six months. All inactive Banner accounts will be locked and the GSW Banner DBA will notify the user via email. The user can submit a ticket to GSW IIT at firstname.lastname@example.org to request the account be unlocked and provide the reason the account is needed. At that time, the GSW Banner DBA and the Banner Project Leader will decide the course of action regarding the access.
