The 2023-2024 academic year Georgia Southwestern Athletics achieved success in the classroom, community, and competition which led to a record setting year. The Hurricanes experienced great competitive success including a fifth consecutive NCAA DII men's golf National Championship appearance, back-to-back Peach Belt Conference women's basketball regular season and tournament titles, and a women's basketball NCAA Elite Eight appearance. The Hurricanes maintained above a 3.0 cumulative GPA and documented nearly 3,000 community service hours!

The Department of Athletics looks to continue the momentum and upward trajectory by securing $50 from at least 500 alumni donors. Gifts can be designated to any of our 10 NCAA sponsored sports. Contributions received will directly benefit the program selected and our student-athlete experience.
