Winter Weather

Out of abundance of caution for the safety of GSW students, faculty and staff, the University will transition to remote operations on Tuesday, January 21 and Wednesday, January 22. Classes will operate virtually, and students should check their GeorgiaView accounts for updates. All in-person University events scheduled for Tuesday and Wednesday are cancelled. Case Management and Care Coordination Endorsement (Online)

Students interested in learning about Case Management and Care Coordination Endorsement can earn up to 9 academic credit hours with this program. This program also prepares a student to take the Certified Case Manager national exam. Overall, students completing all three courses will be able to:  

  1. State an overview of the case management and care coordination process
  2. Identify strategies to coordinate services and referrals to meet client needs
  3. Assess client needs and develop a plan of care
  4. Apply case management strategies to clinical situations.

This online case management and care coordination program is offered in the Spring semester and Maymester and is offered completely online.

CMCC 3100 Communication & Assessment in Case Management Spring, Second Half
CMCC 3200 Strategies of Care in Case Management Maymester

**All three courses can be completed online over a 5 month period.
