IIT does not repair personally owned computing equipment. Services provided for faculty and staff personally owned computing equipment include:
- Installation of VPN software on personally owned computing equipment.
- This is on an as need basis and for end users that have a business need for this software.
- The end user will need to submit a technical support request to techsupp@gsw.edu
- The technician will make an appointment with the user, and install the software.
- We will help the end users configure the campus Wi-Fi (CanesNet) on their personally owned computing equipment.
- The end user will need to submit a technical support request to techsupp@gsw.edu
- The technician will then make an appointment.
- We will help end users configure GSW Exchange email on mobile phones and other computing devices.
- The end user will need to submit a technical support request to techsupp@gsw.edu
- The System Administrator will then make an appointment to meet with the user.
