Reservation Procedures for Student Engagement Locations
Reservations for GSW related events or meetings such as weekly RSO meetings, student training sessions, academic meetings, etc. can be made without charge by completing the Reservation form that can be found on CanesConnect.
We ask that reservations are made at least 7 days in advance to allow for arrangements to be made if needed. If a location requires additional approvals, the Office of Reservations will reach out to the correct contact on your behalf for approval before approving/denying your reservation request.
Please note that requesting a specific space does not mean you or your organization will automatically receive that space. If the space that you requested does not work for your needs, the Office of Reservations will work with you to try and find a better accommodation.
Reservations for community members will not be made for most areas. Community reservation availability will be noted as such below.
