Caitlin teaches both Zumba and Barre for Georgia Southwestern Fitness and Wellness program. She is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a degree in Dietetics. In her spare time, Caitlin enjoys walking with her dog, spending time with her family, exercising, cooking and reading. Come check out Caitlin’s classes to get a fun workout!
Trent is 20 years old and graduated from Lee County High School in 2014. He is a nursing major here at GSW, however Trent enjoys being a part of the Fitness and Wellness program. He is an AFAA Certified Group Exercise Instructor, Schwinn Cycling Certified Instructor, Tribe Coach Certified Instructor, and soon to be ACSM Certified Personal Trainer.
Maribel Greene is an English lecturer by day and a yoga warrior by night. She enjoys a great cup of coffee, great music and hanging out with her husband. She started teaching power yoga at GSW a little over a year ago and is grateful for the experience. She enjoys growing with her students (yogi/yoginis) and teaching them how to go with the flow. Brittany McCumber began teaching group fitness classes over 20 years ago as a way to encourage and support her family and friends in their fitness journeys. It quickly grew into a passion that led her to learn and teach a variety of classes over the years. She has an enthusiasm for teaching all kinds of group fitness, from Spin and HIIT, to kickboxing and Yoga, and loves the energy and excitement of helping you reach your fitness goals. She is passionate about enhancing the quality of lives of the people she encounters through fitness and health. Brittany is a strong advocate of exercise's influence and connection with positive mental health and its therapeutic value in recovery.
When she is not teaching, Brittany is a mother of three girls and a Mental Health and Substance Abuse Counselor at the Perry Wellness Center and enjoys weightlifting, running, hiking, cycling, organic gardening, and watercolor painting.
