Georgia Southwestern offers a variety of ways to pay for your tuition and fees to make funding your future easy and accessible. Payments can be made online, in person, and by mail. There is also an option for a Payment Plan offered by Nelnet to provide more flexibility during the payment process.
Georgia Southwestern State University is no longer participating in the Federal Perkins Loan Program.
The Spring 2025 payment deadline is January 8, 2025.

The Spring 2025 payment deadline is January 8, 2025. A $50 late fee may be assessed to your account if your payment is not received by the deadline. You will be at risk for being administratively dropped from your classes for non-payment if your account is not paid in full by the payment deadline.
Payment Deadline
Each year GSW will provide a 1098T Statement by the IRS Deadline of January 31. The 1098T Statement will be available on your RAIN Account and the Touchnet Payment Portal. Your 1098-T form will not be mailed.
