Fall 2016 Housing Sign-Up will occur on April 18th - 20th in the Student Success Center from 6 PM - 9 PM. You will receive weekly informational emails about the sign-up process. In the final email, you will receive an appointment time for you to attend the event.
New Freshman Students - Students will receive housing information in the mail after they have been accepted to GSW. Freshman Housing Applications should be returned to the Admissions Office.
Transfer Students - Students will receive housing information in the mail after they have been accepted to GSW. Transfer Housing Applications should be returned to the Office of Residence Life.
Squatters - From April 5th-14th, we will accept applications from "Squatters". Squatters are students who will retain the same assignment for the next semester. For example: If you live in Pines 305A or Magnolia 1105B, you would live there next semester. Who is eligible to squat:
Pines: All four members of your suite must agree to live in the same suite next semester.
Magnolia: Both members of your suite must agree to live in the same suite next semester.
Current Students - All residents currently living on campus must attend housing sign-up on their pre-assigned day. Current Residents will have a hold placed on their account that prevents registration, and must attend Housing Sign-Up to have their hold removed.
Graduates - Congratulations to all Spring 2016 graduates! Please come to Housing Sign-Up to complete your non-returning paperwork so we can close your housing file and return your housing deposit.

Summer Students - 2016 Summer Housing will be in Southwestern Pines. We are currently accepting applications for Summer 2016. The application can be found here.
Non-Returning Residential Students - If you are not returning to housing in Fall 2016, you should fall under one of these categories: you are graduating, you are withdrawing / transferring, you meet an exemption requirement, you have been granted an appeal, or you are a Junior or Senior. If you do fall under one of those categories, please submit the Non-Returning Resident / Housing Cancellation Form which can be found here. We will accept these forms immediately. Submitting this form is crucial to receiving your $250 Housing Deposit (if paid).
