Mail Forwarding Request

If you will no longer be living in the residence hall Spring Semester 2018 you will need to submit a forwarding request.

This information will help the GSW Post Office redirect your mail immediately so you can recieve your mail in a timely manner. If you will not be returning to GSW Spring Semester, your first-class mail can be forwarded for one year, and magazines can be forwarded for 60 days. Otherwise, all mail will be returned to sender. You should have your address changed on all mail as soon as possible to avoid any delay in receiving your mail. This forwarding service does not apply to other couriers such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL. These couriers do not forward packages. Therefore, these packages will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.

GSW Post Office does not guarantee the acceptance of all hold mail requests.

Please give a brief explanation of the reason you wish the GSW Post Office to hold your mail, and you will receive a confirmation, denial, or request for additional information from the GSW Post Office.
