GSW Chi Phi chapter shines at national

conference

         

AMERICUS--The Delta Pi Chapter of the Chi Phi Fraternity, based at Georgia Southwestern State University (GSW), represented their school and local community well at the Chi Phi National Congress July 16 in Boston.

Because of their commitment and willingness to serve, the chapter received multiple awards, including the E. Bates Block Campus Involvement Award, the Outstanding Philanthropic Service Award, and the Outstanding Service to the Boys and Girls Clubs Award. These awards exclusively recognize leadership and community service involvement.

In addition, the Delta Pi Chapter earned the Thomas A. Gehring Chapter Excellence Award, given for commitment to long term planning, goal setting, and unwavering standards. 

In all, the Delta Pi Chapter received more awards than any other Chi Phi chapter in the nation.
