An RA is you Resident Assistant that serves as a mentor, counselor, and supervisor for the floor that you live on

The housing contract is just like any other contract and you are bound to its term and conditions, please read the back of your contract regarding these terms and conditions

The exterminator comes on the first Wednesday or Friday of every month, depending on the particular residence hall

You may ask to have your room painted white, just ask you RA or Hall Director

Yes, just see your Hall Director to fill out a reservation form

Yes, Duncan Hall is open to all students

The regular application process occurs in the fall and then there is a leadership class. Just keep on the lookout for advertisements and speak with you Hall Director

You will be assigned the first available roommate, arrange your room as though you will have a roommate any day

Yes, it is against the law and University regulations to remain in a building while a fire alarm is sounding

Freshmen live in Prance or Jacob Hall unless special exception can be obtained through the Director of Residence Life, Darcy Schraufnagel

Most building is equipped with some form of study rooms

You will need a PCI Roam-About Card With and a PCI slot on your computer. You may purchase both of these at the campus bookstore

No there is no curfew for residents

Morgan Annex, Prance, and Jacob have visitation from 10:00am to 1:00am on weekdays and 10:00am to 3:00am on weekends. Jordan and Duncan Halls have 24-hour visitation

No, there are no room checks every night, although there are health and safety inspections once a year

You must remain on the meal plan until you are 21, have been on the meal plan for four semesters, or obtain junior status

No, candle of any kind are not allowed

There is a very limited supply of refrigerators to rent, come by the Office of Student Life to inquire
