Our exclusive freshman suites (officially opened August 2006) provide residents with Southwestern’s standard of high-quality. The Oaks is a three story, two building structure that are divided into several learning communities. Southwestern Oaks is home of the residential First-Year Experience program. Single Room Rate:

$2,310 or $520 a month

$1,750 or $390 a month
