GSW Colors
GSW World Wide Web Style Guide
All official University web pages must comply with minimum design standards
and include essential elements (GSW
Web Policy).
1. University Web Colors
- PMS(281) RGB(001E5A)
- PMS(122) RGB(FFCE39)
Additional Colors:
- RGB(F9F7FC)
- RGB(C0C0C0)
Preferred text color is black (#000000) or dark gray (#676868) on a light
colored background.
2. University Logo
Use of the official GSW logo should be consistent with the standards
established for the logo.

 
NOTE: The University Seal is not a logo. The use of the official seal is
limited to authorized documents.
3. University Font
The official GSW font is Times. It should be used for the name of the
University. The University name in the proper font is provided above as a
graphic for use on web sites.
For the body of a web page, a Arial font is recommended. A tag that includes
"Helvetica, Verdana, Sans-serif" will accommodate most users on a variety of
operating systems.
4. Contents
Text and graphics must fit on the screen (text should not run off the right
side of the page or have inappropriately placed breaks in text. Be considerate
in selecting the font size for your text. Make certain that it is easily
readable on your background selection.
