Browser Tune-up

Most of the problems people face, including logon problems, when using GeorgiaVIEW can be solved very easily by doing a browser tune-up before trying to login the first time. This needs to be done once on any non-campus computer you will be using. The information on this page will walk you through correctly configuring your browser for use with GeorgiaVIEW.

  • It is recommended that Macintosh users have at least OS X version 10.4.2, which has JRE 1.5, and the latest version of Safari. You can get the latest version of Safari by selecting "Software update..." from the Apple menu (upper left-hand corner of your display).
