Nursing - Accelerated BSN
|
Students who have completed a 4-year degree may enroll in Southwestern's Accelerated Nursing program. Graduates are prepared for a variety of positions in hospitals, community healthcare agencies, private offices, and other such facilities. The core and general education requirements met by the first degree are accepted by the University. The U.S. and Georgia History and Constitution Requirements of the University System of Georgia must be met by all accelerated degree students. Students must apply and become accepted by GSW, then apply to the School of Nursing. Contact the Student Services Coordinator in the School of Nursing for nursing application instruction and deadlines. There is one admission cycle per academic year. Pre-requisite nursing courses are offered in the Fall semester with the program entry to take place in the Spring semester. |
