Become a Super-Researcher with the help of these free workshops. All workshops are open to all students, staff, and faculty and will be held in the Library Computer Lab of the James Earl Carter Library.
The workshops will be led by Mandi Goodsett, Reference and Instruction Librarian.
The Avoiding Plagiarism workshops will be presented in conjunction with the GSW Writing Center.
How to Use Wikipedia and Get Away With It
You've probably been told that Wikipedia is horribly unreliable and never appropriate for research. Come to this workshop to learn how Wikipedia really works and when it can actually help your research. There will be door prizes and a gift card grand prize, so take advantage of this opportunity to become a better researcher!
