AMERICUS (Feb. 28, 2013)--After 10 years at Georgia Southwestern State University, Etrat Fathi retired today as the university’s director of Career Services.

AMERICUS (Feb. 28, 2013)--After 10 years at Georgia Southwestern State University (GSW), Etrat Fathi (left) retired today as the university’s director of Career Services. Her husband, Michael Fathi, Ph.D., is a professor in GSW’s School of Business Administration and is seen standing here during a reception in her honor. Fathi holds a Bachelor of Science from Jundi University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Baltimore. Prior to her tenure at GSW, Fathi served as the director of Career Services at Brewton Parker College in Mount Vernon, Ga. A search is currently under way to find her replacement.
