| Unlucky thirteen is at first appearance a pretty straight-forward par 4 until you consider the severity of the green. The putting surface severely slopes from left to right and is among the smallest landing areas on the course. Escaping with a par is a major victory.|
As with most of the golf course, the approach shot is the most critical on this hole. Most shots that land on the right side of the green will most likely come to rest off of the green. The best play is to land the ball on the left side of the putting surface and let it filter back towards the hole. There is not much room to miss right, but missing left will make stopping a pitch shot to the green difficult at best.
