The Office of Recreation and Wellness offers a variety of recreational activities for all including intramural sports, fitness and wellness programming, outdoor adventure opportunities, and more. All activities are included with student tuition and fees (except personal training and outdoor adventure trips).
Newly renovated Florrie Chappell Gymnasium houses Recreation and Wellness with a variety of state of the art exercise and training equipment. The lower level of the Student Success Center (SSC) houses the Intramural Gym, Racquetball Courts, Group Fitness Studio, and Climbing Wall. The Game Room is located on the second floor of the SSC.

The Office of Recreation and Wellness is dedicated to serving the GSW community by promoting and encouraging a balanced and healthy lifestyle through educational programming, leadership, and inclusive recreational opportunities.
IMLeagues is the intramural league registration program used by GSW Recreation and Wellness. IMLeagues can be used to register for intramural sports and intramural tournaments such as flag football and basketball.
On the second floor of the SSC, students can find the Game Room activity area. Complete with ping-pong tables, pool tables, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and board games, the Game Room allows students to disengage from the day-to-day stresses and relax with friends.

Friday-Sunday: 5:00pm-9:00pm
