The committee met on 8/11/04, 9/22/04, 10/20/04, 1/19/05, and 3/30/05.
The committee spent a considerable amount of time debating student technology  fee proposals (from Paul Shapiro, Chuck Lawson, Stephanie Harvey, Steve Galatas, Gary Fisk, Bryan Davis, and Vera Weisskopf). The following topics were also discussed:
1. Migration of online courses from WebCT to WebCT-Vista.
2. Implementation of wireless plans for campus.
3. New web server for ITC to replace the aging facweb server.
4. The need for a secure online testing center.
5. Web server backup plans for inclement weather.
6. The change to the new GSW identification number and impact upon systems
like WebCT.
