Academic Skills Center
The Academic Skills Center provides and maintains diverse learning opportunities for all GSW students in an environment that promotes academic excellence and success. The staff of the ASC is committed to assisting students with evaluating their academic performance and choosing the appropriate services to master course materials. The Academic Skills Center offers services which will assist students in becoming confident, independent learners. Some resources available to students include academic computer labs, tutoring, resource room, etc.
Career Services
The goal of Career Services at Georgia Southwestern State University is to provide efficient, effective, and personalized career planning and job search assistance to students and alumni of GSW. We are the link between employers and students to facilitate career development by providing computerized interest inventories, career exploration materials, experiential learning opportunities as well as part and full-time job opportunities.
Counseling Services
Georgia Southwestern’s Counseling Services offers confidential personal counseling, social counseling, etc., to students, faculty, and staff. Our counseling services are designed to assist students in becoming successful and productive throughout their college experience and beyond.
Financial Aid
Financial Aid aims to provide resources to assist in funding their journey to obtain a degree in the form of grants, state, institutional scholarships, employment, and student loans.
GSW Bookstore
GSW Campus Bookstore is a local bookstore serving the students, faculty and staff of Georgia Southwestern State University with pride. The primary goal is to ensure students are able to obtain the course materials they need at reasonable prices. The bookstore also provides many other items to support your academic career and school spirit.
Student Support Services
The TRiO Student Support Services program at GSW provides academic, financial, and personal support to low-income, first-generation college students, or to those who have a documented disability. TRiO services include study skills development, tutoring, academic planning, personal advising, transfer advising, financial aid advising and assistance, a quiet study center and computer lab, a laptop lending program, and cultural and social activities.

RAIN
RAIN (public access) gives you access to the class schedule, student forms, catalogs, curriculum sheets, etc.
RAIN secured login gives you access to your grades, financial aid, tuition, etc.
GA View
GeorgiaVIEW is used for most courses. (Your instructor will notify you if you will be using Georgia View.)
RADAR
RADAR is your GSW email account. (You should check it frequently.)
